I don't want to use the "Enter your name in the field below" feature in the player. Is there a way to delete this? Is this a new feature? I don't remember it....
not sure where you are seeing this in the player or which version of SL you are using but here is a tutorial for SL360 text labels that may help. If not, can you screenshot where you are seeing it.
Does this happen regardless of where the learner left off?
It looks similar to the option to enter your name before printing results in Storyline, but that would only appear if they'd already triggered the print option and you've enabled that as a part of your results slide.
It would really help narrow things down if we could see a bit more detail on your course. If you can share the LMS link here with us or a copy of your .story file, we can take a look!

When re-opening the SCORM I get the message "Would you like to resume where you left off?"
When I click yes, I get the "Enter your name in the field below" message. How do I disable that screen from appearing at? See attachment.
