Hi everybody. I hit the wall in my project. I need to find or create a template that will allow me to drag and drop answers to a particular spot on a form in Storyline. Anybody created something like this? Thanks for your help
I have created something similar where we had the learners drag an image or shape to a specific spot on the slide. I put all of the objects on the slide and then converted it to a freeform drag and drop slide. If you have specific text or something like that you could do the same thing.
Create an "invisible" box, just a shape that is the same size as the spot on the form you wish with no fill color or outline. Label that box "target" or something. Then all you have to do is convert it to a freeform drag and drop type slide, assign which object is to be placed in the target.
Attached is a real rough sample idea with shapes and a box, it is in SL2...I hope that helps.
Also to help get your creative juices flowing, you may want to take a look at this thread from the Building Better Courses side of the forums: Ideas for Showing Filling out a Form as Design/How to questions tend to get more ideas over there.
