Hello, this error message occurs randomly with files I try to open Storyline files in Storyline and in Explorer. Is anyone able to shed any light as to why this occurs, and how I can rectify this?
I have attached an image of the error I am receiving. I am trying to open a Storyline file (via both windows explorer and directly through Storyline), however this permissions error is coming up. I have an Articulate 360 license.
I am accessing from a network drive, through the VPN. However when I go copy this to my desktop it still says that I do not have the correct security permissions.

not seeing an error message. Are you referring to Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer?

Is the file on your local drive or are you accessing from a network drive?

see this previous post. Articulate have always recommended using local drives due to possible latency and permission issues.
