Hi Mischelle,

Thanks for contacting us to share what you are running into when opening your project files.

I was able to download the file and it opens as expected for me, so I don't think it's the file itself, but how your computer is accessing the file as Jack mentioned.

  • Are you able to open Storyline 360 and browse to open the file as expected?
  • Are you working with a virtual machine?

I can access storyline but the file wants to open as a template or not at all and anytime I try ti "insert" an picture or illustration, I get a you are not connected to articulate error.  I am signed in, just been a day!  I deleted Adobe reader from my laptop and it seems to be working now.   I'm not sure what was happening.   It hasn't been a good computer day!!     Thanks!
