I'm using the Storyline 2 Trial Version to evaluate it and have 3 days lefts. Hopefully I'll be able to convince my team to purchase Storyline after I show the demo prototype to them.
However, since last night I'm unable to save my file. Either the system freezes on Storyline or I get an error message as attached.
It's crucial for me to work on this demo now and would really appreciate your quick assistance on this.

I would recommend that you try this solution to see if it alleviates your issue.
