I have a Storyline 2 project that has gotten up to close to 50 mbs, when I run the story.html file locally it freezes sometimes, which I can not have when I implement it on a server and an LMS. Has anyone experienced this?
We don't recommend testing the published content locally, for reasons such as that. You'll want to look at testing within the intended environment and if you're not ready to test in your own LMS you could use a site like SCORM Cloud. It's an industry standard in LMS testing.

Alright, thanks. I have even been experiencing the program itself freezes in preview mode sometimes.

If it's freezing in preview as well, I'd also want to confirm that you are working locally as described here and that you look at going through the repair steps.
