Storyline freezes at random

Hi everyone, I am working with a team developing a series of classes for a client. Lately we have been experiencing problems with random scenes freezing. Previews work fine but as soon as we publish a SCORM package or to the online review site, scenes begin to freeze at random. First I thought it was just after quiz questions but now it's various scenes at random. We've rebuilt scenes, slides and courses thinking there was some corruption but it continues to happen. In one course, we fixed the problem by removing a "previous" trigger from a completely unrelated slide. Any ideas? We've tried everyhting we can think of! Thanks very much!

Hi James. Thanks for sharing your experience here. It sounds like you've done some extensive troubleshooting. We're happy to take some of the burden off of you. Can you share your file with our team here so we can do a little testing? We'll see if we can get some consistent playback for this course!
Thanks very much Crystal!
We are also having a huge amount of trouble with this issue on multiple (very expensive) experiences. Really making for a poor learner experience and beginning to wish we hadn't used Storyline.
Yep, happening here too. It's randomly freezing on a loading screen when published in Review.
Hello Verne,
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are experiencing with your course.
I do not see where James worked with our team, so I do not have any additional information to share with you outside of what you see here.
It sounds like you are having some freezing issues in your published course?
If you could share your .story file with our team here, we can certainly take a look and assist in troubleshooting.
Oh no, Bérengère. I do not see any incidences reported for Review, so let's dive in to see what may be happening with your course.
Is this happening when viewing your course in a particular browser or is it happening across environments?
If you'd like us to help you out with troubleshooting, you can share your .story file with our team here as well.
Hi Leslie, I did submit a case request but unfortunately did not hear back from anyone. Working with my team, we discovered that the issue seemed to resolve itself when we stopped copying slides from previous courses. We created a set of templates to pull from every time we created a new course. Hope this helps. Thanks.
Oh no, James! It looks like we did not get a case submission from you. So sorry to hear that we were unable to help you out.
For future reference, you will get a pop up with a case number and a confirmation e-mail when you submit a case.
I'm glad that you were able to reach a resolution though and thank you for popping in to share with the community.
It's happening on different slides and refreshing the page is enough to make the course work.
It happens on different courses. But it may be linked to connexion issue on our side.
