I don't know if anyone in the Forum will be able to solve this without seeing your Storyline file.
If the file contains confidential info, you could save a copy, delete unneeded slides, replace any remaining confidential text with whatever, and then upload that. Or you could submit the case to the Support staff (https://articulate.com/support/contact). They're very discrete when handling confidential files.
