I am trying to publish my Storyline file for LMS, which I have done successfully before. The process has frozen and I am unable to stop the process to try again, nor can I shut down Storyline...basically I am unable to do anything with the program. Is there a way to force-quit storyline or the project itself so that I can retry?
Here are the steps to force quit any non-responsive software via the Windows Task Manager and a quick Peek for a visual guide:
Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to directly open the Task Manager.
In the Apps section, right-click on the program that's not responding and then click on End Task.
Close the Task Manager.
If that doesn't help with the freezing, a simple Storyline repair should do the trick. And if you still run into the freezing after these steps, let us know! We’ll get through this together!
