just a question : if we use the glossary of Storyline (by using the normal player) and if we generate the module in HTML5, we don't see it when we launch it on an iPad.
Is there anything to do to see the glossary on iPad ?
So the Glossary menu is missing in both Mobile Safari and on the Mobile App? You can try clearing your browser's cache to ensure you're seeing the most recent version of your course in Safari, but I'm not sure that would help with the Mobile app. I'd recommend opening a ticket with the support team so they can take a closer look at things. Thanks!
So frustrating to constantly find threads here that talk about my issue but the resolution is rarely given. Does anyone know what the issue is and why I am also experiencing the lack of a Glossary button on the iPad?

Hi Beatrice - take a look here, it is now available.

Very strange : I do have the last version of storyline and I even upgraded the articulate player on my iPad.
As you can see in the enclosed captures, when I launch the module on the web, it is ok, we can see the glossary.
But on the iPad, we can't.
Any idea ?

Hi
I'm experiencing the same thing. Did you find a solution?
Kim
Hey Kim!
I'm not seeing that we ever got a case from Beatrice to explore this more. Have you installed the latest version of Storyline, Update 2?
Also, you're of course welcome to open a case of your own so we can take a closer look. Thanks!
Hi Peter
Yes, I've installed the latest version.
I'll open a case.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Rusty,
I got following answerr:
Upon further review, it appears the Topbar Right Tabs are not supported by Mobile Player. This is according to the following article:

You will need to place the Glossary within the Sidebar on left in order to view the Glossary within Mobile Player.

Thank you - doggone it tho!
