Storyline has stopped working - Hover State error

Hello, we are experiencing some errors when trying to create a hover state (Storyline crashes) – Any help or suggestions are highly appreciated. 

 

I am busy working on a project using Storyline and I keep getting the error below which prevents me from using the software.
