Hi there, hoping the community can help me troubleshoot a bizarre issue I'm experiencing.
I've developed a quiz in Storyline. On question 6/7, if you hit the Refresh button in the Player, it makes the Player Prev and Next buttons appear even though they are turned off in the settings.
The weird part is that when I test in Storyline Preview and test in SCORM Cloud, this issue does not occur. When I test in our LMS (Adobe Captivate), it occurs.
Any ideas? Thoughts? I've gone through my slides to double check settings and checkboxes, but I'm out of ideas. Thanks in advance!

We don't have an open report for a bug similar to what you've mentioned. Is this only happening in one course or all of them?
Can you share the file or share a screen recording? You can attach either one to this discussion by using the "Add Attachment" button.
