The HTML5 output is not supported in Firefox, but it should be supported in Chrome...here's the info from our system requirements: HTML5 Windows: Google Chrome (latest version) Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version) Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 4.1 and later So for the Chrome issue-- how are you viewing the content? Is it hosted on a website or in an LMS? You'll want to be sure to view the content in the environment for which it was published. If you'd like, we can help with some testing. Attach your project file here and we can take a look.
