Hello! We just purchased BizLibrary as our new LMS and I am having trouble getting the course to end. I have changed all the publishing options (Passed/Failed, Completed/Failed, etc.) along with changing the trigger at the end from "When users clicks next button/swipes next exit the course/complete the course" and all of those options do not allow the user to click the next arrow and exit the course. It is like the LMS can not read the code to end the course. Has anyone else had this problem with BizLibrary?
Is the course marking completion? How are you tracking the completion? Results slide or slides viewed? Have you tried creating an exit button and just adding a trigger to Exit course when use clicks the obect?

It sounds like this issue has come up before with BizLibrary. In this similar discussion, I found the fix is changing a setting in the LMS configuration folder.
You can also enable the LMS Debug Mode to see the communication between your LMS and Articulate content.
