Having issue lauching a course in IE 10. The course works perfectly in Chrome and Firefox. I've cleared the cache, and tried republishing. Nothing seems to help.
If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published as described within this article.
If that's not the problem, can you please share (a) a copy of your .story project file and (b) a link to your published output (either publicly or privately) for further testing by our team?
Hi Justin. Thank you for your thoughts. We published the course to our LMS. It seems to have the same effects when tested on SCORM Cloud. I would be happy to send you the .Story file privately if you would be so kind as to provide me with an email address.
