I am testing a Storyline course that I loaded to SharePoint. I have full permissions. I copied the course into SP using the Explorer view. When I test the course (by clicking on the story.html file), everything works well EXCEPT sometimes the PDFs in the course display perfectly, and sometimes they don't. Sometimes after you click their link an "Internet Explorer stopped working" message displays. THEN the PDF displays, but the course starts back at the Home page. This is not a consistent behavior, but we all know that any inconsistent behavior can freak out our course participants, and that is not my goal. Any ideas? Thank you.
I know we had some users previously mentioning issue with PDF files here. There is a suggested workaround there that may be of assistance to you to avoid the issue.
Hopefully some other users will be able to chime in and assist if they have seen this issue with Sharepoint before.
You can test the content in Tempshare if you'd like to see if the behavior can be replicated. If so, we would want to take a look.
