I just got a multi-medial machine (Lenovo Thinkpad W540) with a recommended display resolution of 2880 x 1620. I have set the DPI to be smaller, played with various resolution settings for secondary monitors and all to no avail. I can get the menu to be readable but then there are all kinds of size display and performance issues and in some settings Storyline caused my system to suddenly crash. I believe this is a known issue but I have not seen real solutions from Articulate. Anyone experiencing this and if so have you found any settings that will allow Storyline to function? Your response is greatly appreciated!
Thanks Michael. I did just that but Storyline still does not play well such as text boxes not showing the correct font sizes or stories created in previously lessor resolution suddenly not formatted or sized the same. I really need someone from Articulate to address this one as I believe it to be an incompatibility issue. Thanks again!
Hey Dan, I think you should file a support case if you want Articulate to look at the issue. You can do this from articulate.com - Just click on company and the contact. Sorry I can't figure out how to copy the link from my iPad.
As Nancy mentioned, we're happy to take a look at your .story file either shared here in the forums or by uploading to our Support engineers here. In addition to your DPI setting, if text boxes are re-sizing between editing and previewing, you'll also want to check that you're working on the slides at 100% zoom as other zoom levels could be causing the re-sizing issue.

You may have to adjust your DPI settings, see here for info.
