Storyline | Insert Video from Content Library Not Working Nov 12, 2019 By Jason Jones The videos are loading for view from preview and and insert is not working when inserting from the Content Library. I'm fairly confident it's the external site the content is pulling from is being blocked by my security team. Is there a URL or location I can give my security team on where the content is pulling from so they can review and lift the restriction.

If you're still running into access issues after this, connect with one of our support engineers and we'll do some further troubleshooting to get you downloading the Content Library files correctly!
