Storyline - Internet Presentation Problem

What exactly happens when you try to run the file? Do you get an error message? A blank page? Can you share the URL?

I get the Storyline frame work along the Menu and the LOGO and the Title 

but  an empty window of the slides. 

BTW all most all smarts phone got the same picture of empty window....

When I try your URL in Chrome or Safari on several PC/MAC, I am seeing the same issue. However, when I try in Internet Explorer, I do see the content:

It also works on my mobile phone, using the Mobile Player App:

Can you try to run the published content locally (on your harddrive)? If that works, then there may be something on your server that's blocking it.

I can add, and tell that it works on Firefox. But on my computer  - locally it doesn't work also. I use Bluehost as the host of my site and all my files , so I guess the server is not the problem....

As I told you, many people with different smart phones has tried after download the app. and still saw empty windows....

How can trust it to work properly ?! What should I do?! Pls....

I simply published your content and uploaded it to my server, no magic here! Adn yes, I also tested on mobile (both using the Player App and the html5 content in a mobile browser). Since the content running on my server works for you as well, I can only guess that this is an issue with your server. To verify that, you could upload your content to some alternative server, like TempShare or Amazon S3. See here for some info.

1.Thanks for the advice, I will try that ( Although we are dealing with BLUEHOST...a very good known server company - I think. Don' t you think so).

2. Would you be so kind and try to help me also with the last  puzzle, how comes the same problem, using CHROME browser, appears  as well as off line?!

I haven't read nor tried all what it needs in the link you post me,

It seems like it is going to solve my problem, so let me thank you again  for all of your support ,meantime till I will install all what it needs for Flesh player 23 . I'll let you know if it works.
