Please help and suggest on this issue. I can't adjust a question at 'Form View' as storyline is not responding at all. I have tried closing it and reopen, still found the same problem. I attached the system error message for your information.

I have tried uninstalling the desktop, and reinstalling it, following step-by-step instructions. Unfortunately, I still have the same issue. Storyline is error when I was trying to adjust form view.

My initial suggestion, without seeing the error, would be a quick repair. Check out the step-by-step instructions here!
If the repair doesn't solve the issue, the next suggestion would be to open a support case with our engineers.
