Has anyone else experienced any issues with Storyline courses via SAP Successfactors? In my organisation, it is currently failing to track learning across all our SL courses which had previously worked before.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
My LMS admin has provided the following detail of the issue, if this helps:
When completing a module and failing the test first time and attempting to retake the test, the LMS content object registers the new score however it doesn’t record the multiple learning events as it has in the past. Though it shows 100% score when looking into the details but no pass on the learning, only a fail.
Since the LMS isn't capturing the course completion status, would it be okay if you shared your file with me? This would help out greatly so I can help troubleshoot the file.

We published this content for a client that uses SuccessFactors. They have yet to connect me to their contact at SuccessFactors. I'm hoping someone can help me with how they load a SCORM1.2 file with the settings into their LMS. The contact is asking for us to change the settings to trigger completion with the Results slides (instead of slides viewed). I tested this in our own LMS platform (Moodle) and in SCORM cloud. Whether I published to slides viewed or to the Results slides, it works just fine and I get a completed result. I think it is the way the contact is setting it up on SuccessFactors. Can someone provide me with the way to set this up in SuccessFactors and what published settings work best with SuccessFactors? I'm really at my wit's end.
Here's where I tested it with the Debug mode enabled.
To confirm, I was able to select the “Submit” button, receive the feedback layer with the “That’s correct.”, select the continue button and then successfully exit the course. Debug mode shows the file executed the finish and exited the course. Then, the debug file shows the file was clear of errors with returned “Setting Completion Status to Completed” and “InClearErrors”.

You may need to adjust the settings for both the content object and the settings for the Online content. Go into the Item you created that houses the SCORM content. Under related, click Online Content. Click the Settings drop down on the right hand side of the screen where you enable the content to be available for launch. You can adjust the completion/failure status here. If you click on the Content Object itself, you can mark the object to record a learning event when the content is passed and when it is failed. I believe this will capture all scores until the entire item is completed successfully.
Also, If you are looking to capture a pass/fail status in SF, when publishing the SCORM content in storyline, make sure you set the LMS reporting status to Passed/Failed in the Reporting and Tracking Options.

I'm happy to step in! I just tested your course in SCORM cloud which is an industry-standard testing LMS, and didn't see the same results you've listed.
I failed the course multiple times and then passed with 100%. The report showed completed and passed.
Are there any settings in your LMS that determine how a score is reported after multiple attempts?

You may need to adjust the settings for both the content object and the settings for the Online content. Go into the Item you created that houses the SCORM content.
