You could allow your users to access the course on the iPad using Mobile Safari - and you'll want to choose the option to publish for HTML5 in your publish set up. Depending on the LMS you use, if it's Tin Can API compatible, you could also include the option for the Articulate Mobile player. There is additional information in this tutorial on how to determine which publishing option is good for your set up.
