Storyline Menu adds lines when sub topics are indented

I've created a menu with a number of slides listed.

There are 3 sections where the slides have been indented using the Demote button.

After doing the the Top menu item has a line under it. I've created this kind of menu in the past and never got the lines before. Can anyone tell me if there is a property that controls adding the line for the sub topics?

I've attached a picture of the issue. The red circles highlight the lines I'm talking about.

The line colors can be edited in Colors and Effects in the Player.

This aide identifies all the sections of the Player so that you can find the area you need and edit it accordingly.
