Hello - I have a question about displaying the Menu. I am putting together a course that contains both slides and video screencasts. In the information section of the course I want the menu to appear (which I am able to do) however when I am displaying the simulation, I want the simulation to appear full screen. Meaning the Menu in the slide bar closes. Then when I go back to the regular content I want the menu to open. Is it possible to do this in Storyline.
You could also build a custom menu that you have only on the pages you want to use instead of using the built in player menu, but that could be a lot of extra effort for little payoff.
One more option to consider: You could move the menu into the top bar. This way, the menu is always accessible, but not as intrusive as having the menu displayed in the side bar.

Hi Vicki,
From the Story View tab you can choose to hide the menu for individual slides (player features -> custom player features, uncheck menu).
However, there will be a white space in place of the menu, it will not make the slide itself any larger when viewing.
Hi Allison,
Thanks. I will give that a try. Do you or anyone else know of a possible work around?
