I am having issues accessing a module on mobile devices and hoping someone can help. I have attached images of the module accessed with an ipad and smartphone. I have also attached the module. any help would be appreciated. The topyx mobile 2 is the iphone and the other from an ipad.
Can you share the .story file so that we can take a look at your publish settings? Also, you'll want to confirm that you're working on the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 7 to publish the output based on a previous issue with iOS9.
I removed the publish to AMP option as with the other settings you are wanting (Track by Slides Viewed and SCORM 2004) this would not work on the mobile player as you can see in this documentation.

It seems to be working as expected.

Thank you. Just so I'm clear, the "Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android" option should not be selected?
