Our team is investigating a problem where using the text-entry field on an Android device shrinks the slide. I know this is impacting your work, so I promise to keep you posted on our progress with this bug.
As we continue to look into this, we're happy to have a closer look at your .story file to see what custom approaches we can offer. If you can share the project, please use this private upload link. We'll let you know our findings, and delete the file after!

I was curious if there was ever a resolution to this problem? I'm currently working on a training simulator for one of our in house programs using Storyline 360 and although mostly finished, we've been having the same problem.
While I don't have an update to share at this time, our team is continuing to troubleshoot this issue. The primary devices affected appear to be Android devices, does this seem to line up with what you are experiencing?
You are in the right place and we will be sure to share updates as soon as we can! Also, please let us know if you are experiencing something different!
I've responded to your post in this thread. This bug fix isn't on our roadmap for upcoming releases. We'll update this discussion when we've shipped the fix.

Thanks for the reply :)
I will be waiting on the fix then.
The screenshot is from a test project. We have around 30 courses for mobile.
But I can send you the test project if you like?

Yes, it is Android. Our company exclusively uses Samsung Notes for all of our phones.
Any updates whenever they're available would be greatly appreciated!
