Hello Aukalen. Do you have a trigger to lightbox one of your slides? The "X" in your screenshot looks like the button to close a lightbox slide. Once the lightbox is closed, you'll be returned to your normal slide navigation. There isn't a way to move the "X" on a lightbox slide, however.
Hello Crystal, no it is not a lightbox. The file is hosted in review and it appears as soon as you click play. It's out of the course screen in vertical mode, but when you put it horizontal, it goes on top of the menu icon.
Yes, I know this only appear in the mobile menu player (and only in the modern one). I saw that if I change to classic player the cross goes to the left, but couldn't find a way to make it use all the screen available as the modern player does, there's always a bit of a margin around. Do you know if it is possible to remove all the margins in the classic mobile payer?
Hi Aukalen! If you host your course outside of Review 360, in an LMS or on a web server for example, you won't have the X on your screen. The player will automatically adjust to fill the available space with the modern player without stretching or distorting your slide content.
On mobile devices, the classic player will show a similar layout to the modern player. You can compare both player styles here! In either player, your content will fill as much space as possible without stretching your content, which may mean some margins.

Does that answer your question?

Hello, Aukalen. Thanks for those additional details! Is that menu icon a custom icon you added to your side?
The X you see allows you to exit fullscreen mode to return to Review 360. There isn't a way to remove it.
The good news is, you won't see that X when you publish for web or LMS for your final deployment to learners.
It is a custom menu we built, correct.
