I am using Multiple Choice quiz interactions and publishing for html5. When I run one of these multiple choice interactions on the iPad with Safari (not the Articulate app), the question and answers flicker non-stop and I can't select an answer choice. I am using Storyline Update 5.
What would cause this? Is there a fix or workaround?
Thanks for sharing you're on update 5, as there were some fixes included in update 5 for intermittent flickering so if you had created a course with a previous update you'd want to republish with update 5. Can you tell us what iPad version and iOS version you're using?
Could you share your course here with us (or even a sample that exhibits the behavior)?
Thanks for sharing your file - I took a look and noticed that the flash was only happening on the first question slide, which included a trigger to reset results. Once I removed that trigger (as it existed on the results slide on the retry button where it should) the flashing stopped once on the iPad and I was able to successfully use the quiz. I am using iPad version 7.0.3 (11B511) with IOS 7.1.
