Storyline multiple results on one results slide

I have a module with 5 chapters. Each chapter has a quiz with 3-5 questions but the client doesn't want to results to display until the final results slide in the summary section. I have created a results slide for each section (which the students will never see) and then created one final results slide with the total score. The client also wants each individual chapter score on the final slide so for example 'Chapter 1 x out of 4'. I have copied the results text box from each of the chapter results slide and added it to the final results slide and then put a trigger in to submit the results for each chapter once the final slide starts. It worked initially but then just stopped and i don't know why! Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
