Storyline not loading onto LMS SumTotal

Hi,
I have created several storyline eLearnings but my client is now experiencing difficulty uploading the final few to them to the LMS. I have not changed any of the publishing settings, and previously they were loading without any issues, however now she gets the following error message:

Do you experience the same issue if you try to upload the content to SCORM Cloud or is this issue limited to the LMS?

This issue appears to be limited to the LMs (SumTotal) the most
confusing element is it has come on suddenly without doing anything
different in terms of publishing settings.

Perhaps following up with your LMS Team to see if there was a change or update. If you are unable to replicate the issue within SCORM Cloud, seems that the issue would not be within the project.
We have SumTotal users within the community of course, so perhaps someone will be able to chime in and assist as well.
