storyline not responding

Im in the process of creating a course with storyline, everything has been going fine until friday as the system is freezing. The rest of the computer is fine and i've checked the computer specs to make sure its all good with what is reccomended with storyline. My course is currently sitting at around 350mb in size and i'm only maybe a quarter through. Has anyone got any ideas how to get rid of the problem? as the file wont even load now

I'm sorry to hear about the slow behavior your experiencing, and you may be able to resolve the issues by conducting a simple repair of Storyline. To prevent continued odd behavior, you'll want to be sure that when creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Storyline courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information. 

The minimum system requirements you mentioned are outlined here, and if Storyline is still behaving slowly, you may want to close down other programs while working in Storyline that may be hogging up memory.
