Hi I have a Storyline module that is not resuming correctly when user selects option to resume where they left off.
It gives the prompt correctly but when users clicks "yes" to resume where they left off - it always goes to the second slide in the module. Has anyone experienced this or can give me some suggestions on how to fix it.
Ok this is really strange. I have a text entry field on the second slide where I want users to enter their name - if I type in my name and then continue along when I exit and restart it takes me back to this screen, but if I leave it blank initially it takes me back to where I left off.
Vira got back to me and said the course Exit trigger was causing the problem. When we removed the exit trigger it seems to work properly.
So I can work around the issue but it is not ideal because my client really wants an exit button on the module.

Hey Nancy
That doesn't sound right at all. Is it happening in HTML5? Flash? iPad? All of 'em?
Can we have a look at it?
Thanks!

Thanks, Nancy. Looks like this is going to be a bug. We'll get it logged so the team can get to work on it.
