Storyline not working on iPad

Hi There,

I have published my course and it works fine on a laptop / desktop. My issue is with it launching on my iPad. It asked me to install an app so I did, but it still won't open and it displays an error message. I also tried to enable pop ups and launch it in safari but this option didn't work either. When I published the course the box for HTML5 and mobile player were checked.  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
