the published storyline file does not work on windows XP , internet explorer , has any one cracked that issue please suggest how to get it working on IE8 on XP , any setting recommendations?
Can you give us some more details on your issue? How did you publish your course (LMS, Web, CD)? Are you seeing any error messages? Any screenshots you can share? Thanks for providing more information
we tried publishing the course in both LMS and Web format ,
the next buttons, menu items, timeline of base layer is disabled.
OS: WIN XP , Browser : IE 8 ,
Error Msg : there is no such error msg that pops up however there is one window that opens when course loads saying that alllow script to run in the back ground to which yes is pressed
we enabled the securities properties to enable script running but no avail , it just wont play
