Sorry you're running into this, Howie! After you published for Web, did you host it on a web server or Tempshare to test it? Could you share a link to your published file so we can take a closer look?
I took a quick look at your site in Chrome (love it by the way - super clean and easy to navigate) and I didn't notice the blurriness. If you could point out a few examples that would help me take a better look. I also recorded a quick Peek video of what I was seeing - this is Chrome for Mac and viewed on my Thunderbolt screen.

I initially tested the courses on scorm.cloud and they were fine.
My website now seems to have developed the issue as well.

I think you are just viewing the HTML5 content which is blurry, it should be better in Storyline 3 though.
