Storyline output is no working on articulate player in iPad air 2

Hey there, ShivPratap!  Let me ask a couple of questions to clarify:

Is the iPad using the most current version of iOS9?  Are you finding missing slide content in mobile Safari, or perhaps an empty library in the Articulate Mobile Player on the iPad?

If the course includes the Articulate Mobile Player output, you are continually being prompted to download the Mobile Player after already having done so, and the content library of the Mobile Player is empty, it sounds like the course will likely need to be republished using the latest version of Storyline 2.  When iOS 9 was released, it changed the way some applications launched, and previously published courses were not working properly.

Even if you did not include the Articulate Mobile Player and users are viewing your course with the mobile version of Safari on their iPads, they might be missing slide content due to the iOS 9 update.
