Our Communications team is looking to use Storyline to publish web based communications to our intranet, however our IT department has asked that they provide a single published file, preferably a movie (MP4 or .SWF) file. They are hoping to eliminate the multiple file folder or zip output. Is there a simple way to do so in Storyline other than completing a screen capture?

There is no built-in function to do this. Some workarounds are discussed here, none of them particularly 'simple'.
