Storyline Passing Completion to LMS on Quiz Fail

Hi everyone,
I'm currently having an issue where the course I've created does not communicate correctly with my client's LSO.
We have a graded quiz at the end of the module that requires a score of 80% to pass, and that is where we mark completion for the module. When I run the module in a testing environment (SCORM Cloud) everything functions properly. However, when we run it on the LSO, the Storyline Module passes completion to the LSO even when the user fails that end assessment. I've tried using the Storyline built in reporting, as well as javascript reporting and both give the same results.
Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Hi Kris and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! If it functions in SCORM Cloud, sounds like it's something with your LMS. Not sure if someone in the community will have some advice for you
It could be a mismatch between the SCORM package and LMS reporting settings. SCORM Cloud is rather forgiving in this area (it handles a wide array of settings properly; wouldn't if be nice if LMSs did this as well).
In Storyline, note how the status is set to be reported to the LMS (Passed/Incomplete, Passed/Failed, Completed/Incomplete, Completed/Failed). Then check the LMS settings for the loaded package/course (these are very LMS-specific so I can't be of any help there unless you are using ComplianceWire).
