Hi, the Storyline photographic characters seem to have disappeared? Previously when I clicked on Insert Character/Photographic, I could see all of them, now I see only one called Atsumi. Where did the others go? I can still see all of the illustrated ones though. The Storyline 1 version that I am using shows Update 10, which is the latest I think.
It appears as if your Character Bundle is not installed.
Have a look at the directions here on how to install a Character pack. Be sure you're activating it with your Character Bundle serial number that begins with the letters 'CB' and not your Storyline serial number with begins with the letters 'SL'.
