I am creating complex courses with videos and voices in Storyline 360. This coruses (Exported for CD) are working fine with Firefor and Chrome but they are not correctly working when using the Launch_Story.exe!
There are many timeouts of voices and videos when using the Launch_Story.exe. Actually this file is not usable at all in this case.
It is a real hazzle as some costumers are not allowed to use Firefox or Chrome.

I send my project file and a peek screencast for further research to Gerald.
I carried out his suggested steps but without success.
