Storyline player features disappearing on iPad

Hi

I am fairly new to Storyline and ipad use.  I have published a short test and selected the Articulate mobile player on ipad option however some of the features of the player are not available.   When viewed on the ipad, the prev/next buttons and seek bar are visible but not the top bar options.

I have read the information and from what I can see the top bar left and right options should be accessible when I publish to this format.  I have an extensive glossary I want participants to be able to access for one of our programs so need to test this to ensure it works.

Is there a particular show size I should be using - currently using 720 x 540  which seems to fit well on the screen for the show itself but have lost the additional top bar features.  

Any advice provided would be greatly appreciated.
