Storyline Player Template not holding logo

Hi everyone,
I've created a Storyline player template which includes our logo. However, when I use the template for some reason the logo doesn't appear, it shows as just a white box. Even in the Player window it displays as if there is a logo there but as a blank... I've tried readding the logo and it will display but once I do a save to save the template and then use the template the logo is gone again.
I've also tried exporting the player template as an .xml file and then importing it into my Storyline project and the logo still comes in as a blank...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Marsha,
What update of Storyline are you using? We're currently on update 5, and you can check by going to the Help tab and clicking on About Articulate Storyline and you'll see your Update number in that window.
Also, if you are on update 5, can you tell me what type of logo file you're using?

I am on update 5 and the logo is a .png. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

I have this exact same issue. I am using current Storyline and PNG Logo.

What update and version of Storyline are you using? We're now on Update 7 of Storyline 1, and Update 1 of Storyline 2.
I am using update 7 of Storyline 1. We do not have Storyline 2 yet.

Thanks for the update.
There may be a problem with the image file for the logo in your Articulate Storyline project if you're seeing either of the following:
First, try deleting the logo and adding it back. If the logo is still missing, there may be a problem with the image file or format. In some cases, you may be able to convert the image to another file format (PNG, JPG, etc.), then insert it back into your project. If it still won't display in your course, let us know. We'll be glad to review your image file. You can post it here or share it with our Support team.
Ok I did what you suggested. I deleated and readded my logo and saved it again in my templates. It stayed on the courses for like 2-3 days. This morning when I went back into Storyline to update a course it was gone again. It leave a white box in place of the logo. My logo is PNG. I will send to Support team link.
Have you moved the logo from its original location, shouldn't have an effect but I find if I delete it from its location this happens

I'd suggest trying it from a local drive and ensuring all your files are on a local drive.
