Storyline plays in LMS but not in Safari

Hi,

Our company just did an LMS migration and we have found that a few of our Storyline files WILL work in the LMS (Schoox) app and Google chrome However, the Storyline fiile will not work correctly when opened in Safari (iOS). Is there some publishing setting I can change to change this?

I have attached a picture of what it shows when I try to open the course. It will play the audio of the video, but the actual video content will not load.

Any help is appreciated :)

Did you check the video format used and make sure it was an MP4?

The video format is an MP4.

You mention an LMS app above, so I wanted to be sure that you are publishing to an LMS and viewing in a supported mobile browser as outlined here.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening and test in SCORM Cloud for comparison. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
