We have recently developed a simulation based course for one of our client. When we started checking the published course using "story_html5.html" with IE 9, at various points throughout the course, we experience that the "slide seekbar" is getting stuck at one position on all the pages. There seems to be a problem with IE 9 and we were able to run the courses perfectly using Mozilla and Chrome.
Is there any solution for this issue as we have a less time to submit the course to our client?

Hi Jyothi:
I see the same issue in HTML5 output viewed in IE9 when IE9 is displaying in IE9 Compatibility mode.
Even when I publish a blank slide it does this. The seekbar seems to always hang around 80% then jumps to 100%.
IE10 works well.
