After recently updating Storyline 2, my .story files have all lost their Articulate icons. I've tried reassociating the program with .story files and also rebooted twice. Anyone else seeing this?
Thanks for reaching out here about this. Our QA team is aware of this and I'm also experiencing it as well. I'm not sure of a way to prevent or correct at this time. Seems to only be a display issue with newly created files and any 'updated' to the latest version. It does not affect the files themselves, however, only the icons.
I have attached this to the report with our QA Team so that we can update when applicable.
Hi Scott, you are not alone. The Articulate team is aware of this bug and I am sure it will be fixed soon. I did notice that this issue is not impacting SL2's performance in any way I have noticed.
