Hi Sanket! The first thing that I would recommend is to download the latest update to Storyline, which is Update 9 released just this week. This article describes the fixes included in each update.
After updating, please open and republish any of your affected files and upload it again to it's intended environment. Give it a test and see if you notice a difference. You are also welcome to share your file here with us for testing.

My issues are resolved by updating the storyline to latest version.
One more issue is observed:
Unable to open Menu . resources , glossary , transcript pop ups in IE 10 with Windows 08. please suggest.
