With more and more Accessibility requests, we would like to produce Word versions of our Storyline courses.
The screenshots and notes text is great. We have screen text that is different than the narrative (our notes area carries the narrators script) which supports the screen text but is not verbatim. But Word publish only shows the screenshot which is not readable by screenreaders.
Is there a current method to include the Screen as text in the Word publish too?
While the screen text is not editable if you publish it to Microsoft Word, a good alternative would be to use the Translation feature in Storyline. Take a look at this information to see how you can export your content to a Word document.
