It's also worth noting that Storyline will always publish Flash and you can choose to include HTML5. You'll also want to make sure that when you have a user viewing the HTML5 they're doing so in one of the supported browsers here.

It should work fine - just check out those resources that Matthew and I shared in terms of browsers and things that may not work in HTML5.
