The quiz I have in my Storyline course has 15 questions. The user must score 100% to pass. Whether the user scores 100% or 50%, the results are recorded in our LMS as completed. Any suggestions. Thanks
I am having the opposite issue whereby learners are completing a course with approx. 4 questions if they fail one of them they only receive 33% for the course whereas I want their result to show 100%.
You may want to review the same information - but I'm also curious to know if you've checked the slide's revisiting properties to see if they're set to "resume saved state" - using reset to initial state may cause issues if the user returns to the quiz question somehow. Also, are all the questions being tracked by one results slide?

I'd begin by reviewing the article here on troubleshooting common lms issues with reporting and tracking. You may also want to test the course at SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content to see how it behaves there.
