Storyline quiz results to create reports in Moodle

Hello All.

New here and I've rummaged through the different posts on this topic but have yet to find an answer. 

I have created a quiz using Articulate Storyline and uploaded it to Moodle 2.2. We need to generate two reports: an interactions report (see report1.jpg) and  response report (report2.jpg)

In report1.jpg, we are getting the headings we want, quiz question, response choices, correct answer and the answer the learner provided. No worries there except the question column itself. Instead of the question showing in the cell, it shows something like this: Scene1_Slide3_TrueFalse_0_0. Is there a setting in Articulate where I can get the actual question to show instead of the slide information. The response columns are showing the correct responses? 

In report2,jpg...what we would like is a report similar to what we get as if the quiz was written in Moodle. In that report, we get the percentage score per question (see report3.jpg). In this one, it only provides the final grade. Again, is there a setting in Articulate that I need to do or something in Moodle 2.2?
